1. Products & Services

We specialize in the sale and manufacturing of quality furniture, including:

Chairs, Tables, Dressing Tables, Sofas, Parlour Chairs, Beds, and other related products.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general guidance. Actual product color, finish, and size may slightly vary due to material availability and craftsmanship.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed online, by phone, or at our store.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payments can be made through cash, UPI, bank transfer, card, or approved payment gateways.
For large or custom-made furniture, an advance payment may be required.

3. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are provided at the time of purchase but may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated during purchase.
Installation services may be provided on request for certain products.

4. Return, Refund & Cancellation

Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement (before dispatch).

5. Warranty

Some furniture items may carry a limited warranty for manufacturing defects (details provided at the time of purchase).
Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, damage due to mishandling, exposure to water/fire, or modifications made after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications of products after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and designs displayed by Raj Roshan Enterprises are our property and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Danapur, Patna, Bihar.
