Refund and Returns Policy

At Raj Roshan Enterprises, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our furniture products – including chairs, tables, dressing tables, sofas, parlour chairs, beds, and more – are carefully inspected before delivery. However, if you face any issue, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be provided..

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong product (different size, color, or model than ordered).

  • There are manufacturing defects noticed upon delivery.

Conditions:

  • The item must be reported for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the receipt/invoice.

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture is not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after delivery.

  • Furniture exposed to moisture, fire, or rough usage after delivery.

  • Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Refund Policy

  • If your return request is approved, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.) within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Provide your order details, invoice, and reason for return.

  • Our team will arrange pickup from your delivery location (where serviceable). In some cases, you may need to return the product to our store/factory.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Once the product is dispatched or custom manufacturing has started, cancellations may not be possible
